Readable tune versions, linked logs and the discussion belong together. Internal notes stay internal. Customer responses and exact file versions are shared deliberately.
Work status shows the next action. Unread messages are a separate signal—not proof that the work is complete.

No. RevCore Garage is a planned personal vehicle workspace for enthusiasts and DIY tuners. It is not a shop account and does not include shop customer management, staff administration, the business Inbox, service catalogs or shop website controls.
No. The independent-tuner experience is intended for remote, freelance and solo professionals. It is a planned professional workspace; exact entitlements are still being defined, and shop administration is not automatically included.
Not automatically. Any future customer or vehicle sharing requires explicit authorization and remains limited by ownership and permissions. Growing from Garage to tuner to shop is a product path, not an automatic role upgrade.

No. RevCore organizes the business and review workflow around your tuning tools. It is not a calibration editor or flashing application, and is not affiliated with HP Tuners.
Customer uploads and vehicle conversations exist in the local synthetic preview. The intended hosted experience gives authenticated customers access to their own shop-scoped vehicles. Public customer accounts are not available yet.
No. The tuner makes the decision. Reviews, recommendations and shared files do not edit a calibration, flash an ECU or establish what is installed on a vehicle.
The planned Windows companion connects authorized shop and vehicle folders to RevCore. The intended experience uses a RevCore drive and ordinary Open/Save dialogs. It is in development; sign-in, drive mapping and file watching are not a publicly available integration.
RevCore must be useful with AI turned off. RevCoreAI is an optional interpretation layer in development, supporting evidence-based review and human decisions. Automated AI analysis is not available on this website.
Yes—that is part of the product direction. Shops should be able to keep their site and link to RevCore inquiry and portal workflows, or use a RevCore-branded shop site. Hosted connections are still in development.
A disconnected local preview demonstrates synthetic shop, customer, vehicle, conversation and review workflows. The hosted platform is in development. This website accepts beta-interest email drafts; it does not create accounts or grant beta access. Launch date to be announced.
The local platform is designed around shop-scoped and customer-scoped access, with private staff notes and explicitly shared responses. Hosted security and operational readiness remain release work. Network sharing is planned to use deliberate sanitized snapshots; private customer work is not automatically shared or used for training.
Storing an HPL file is different from reading its contents. Native HPL decoding is not yet validated. Unsupported native files are preserved as originals; supported CSV derivatives can be reviewed with their relationship to the source kept clear.
